Apply 5 mm 1 coat seal to Couper street starting from Hughes street intersection heading south to Lamond street intersection for 50 meters, install kurbing on west side of street for 50 meters and construct 2 meter wide concrete footpath on west side of Couper street for 50 meters between Hughes street intersection and Lamond street intersection.
