Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Farrendale Road (Rural Road), - 100239-18NSW-RTR

Narrow formation width of 6.0m, virtually no gravel remaining on the shoulder, causing high maintenance and safety issues. The route is used by harvest traffic which includes heavy vehiclesFix the formation width to 8.0m, upgrade the shoulders with a gravel pavement and seal the road to 7.0m

Tomkins Road - 100244-18NSW-RTR

Narrow formation width of 6.0m, virtually no gravel remaining in section, no longer a function all-weather road, but is required to be. The route is used by harvest traffic which includes heavy vehiclesWiden formation to 8.0m, rip and reshape road and overlay with gravel pavement of 0.10m thick. 0.25km of gravel re-sheeting within the zone.

Tantitha Road (Rural Road) - 100240-18NSW-RTR

Loss of gravel has caused the road to fail making heavy corrugations and ruttingResheet the entire 2.0km to correct gravel loss

Vinegar Hill Road (Rural Road) - 100245-18NSW-RTR

Road surface has deteriorated and loose stones are hazardous for vehicles and cyclists - this is a steep road section and used as a major on road cyclist route for recreational cyclistsResurfacing with AsphaltTotal cost of proposed project is $176,000

Harrigans Lane (Rural Road) - 100246-18NSW-RTR

Road terrain consists of a steep incline which is slippery due to lack of traction. Heavy vehicles are unable to negotiate the incline due to the inability to gain traction on the gravel surface.Sealing of steep incline is proposed to rectify the problem.Total cost of proposed project is $73,684

Welbungin - Wialki Road (Rural Road) - 100258-18WA-RTR

The current 3.6 metre seal is breaking up badly due to the age of the surface. Reconstruction will give the road a new 7.0 metre sealed width.Construct a new 9.0 metre wide carriageway with a new 7.0 metre wide seal width. Import new gravel, spread, water bind and compact the materials to accept a two coat emulsion primerseal.Total cost of proposed project is $181,882

Totadgin Road (rural road) - 052697-14WA-RTR

No gravel on this section of the road.Grade drains, reconstruct crown of road,import gravel, spread and compact.Total cost of proposed project is $109,283

Pacific Parade, Dee Why - 100260-18NSW-RTR

Road pavement is distressed with cracks, potholes and patches due to increased traffic condition.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.Total cost of proposed project is $242,971
