Road has deteriorated due to traffic and weather conditions, resulting in loss of gravel pavement, corrugations, potholes, loose aggregate, dust emissions, water ponding, poor ride quality, and ongoing maintenance issues. Scarify and re-shape existing road formation, re-sheet with 150mm compacted thickness of new gravel, and clean and repair existing cross culverts, to provide a smooth riding surface and improved road drainage.
