A pavement rehabilitation project was completed in 2014/15 where a primer seal was used. This year a final seal will be placed on the primer seal.
Lue road is narrow, windy and has multiple pavement failures along it’s length. The condition of the pavement is poor with failures, shoves and rutting present. It is proposed that the road be widened and the pavement rehabilitated. Tree and vegetation would be cleared and culvert structures extended to facilitate the widening.Works would include surfacing, guidepost, signage and linemarking. The remaining length will be shoulder graded and resealed.
