Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. Koombana Drive, Bunbury - 060730-15WA-RTR

1. Drainage and wave action is undermining the road and road pavement. Koombana Drive is recognised as an important cycle link in the Bunbury Bike Plan and the Greater Bunbury Bicycle Master Plan. Shoulder widening will allow for on road cycle lanes. 2. The Dolphin Discovery Centre and Department of Parks and Wildlife (DPaW) development sites are to be located at opposite sites on either side of Koombana Drive at 2.16 to 2.37 SLK. This will generate increased traffic volumes and movements at this site. A new roundabout at this location will allow greater control of vehicle movements entering and exiting both sites.Widen and seal from 10m width, reconstruct embankment to restore formation along Koombana Drive. Installation of a roundabout from 2.16 to 2.37 SLK.Total cost of proposed project is $4,301,412
