Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan
Miles Avenue, Kelso - 109902-20QLD-RTR
Existing seal is aged with cracking, deformation and old patches throughout. Due to the adjacent trees, this condition will only worsen in time if not treated.Remove all existing kerbs and road pavements (full width), treat subgrade with lime stabilization (if required). Full road reconstruction including all kerb and channel.
Weddel Drive, Annandale - 109903-20QLD-RTR
This is a populated and heavy trafficked street with aged and deteriorated asphalt. There is moderate cracking throughout and moderate deformation in areas due to pavement saturation. There are minimal cross falls and the kerbs are showing signs of defects throughout.Remove all existing kerbs and road pavements (full width), treat subgrade with lime stabilization (if required). Full road reconstruction including all kerb and channel.
Eumara Court, Annandale - 109906-20QLD-RTR
The existing asphalt in this court is aged and deteriorated. There are multiple patches (some of which are failing again) along with some moderate deformation in areas. Moderate cracking is also evident throughout. The existing kerbs show cracking and rotation in areas.Remove all existing kerbs and road pavements (full width), treat subgrade with lime stabilization (if required). Full road reconstruction including all kerb and channel. There will be some tree trimming required to allow for work operations in this street.
Tonkin Street, Heatley - 109907-20QLD-RTR
This section of the street has areas of kerbs in sub standard condition with failures in the adjacent pavement. The remainder of the chip sealed pavement appears OK, but applying a full width asphalt overlay will significantly extend the life of this asset.Replace kerbs (201m) and complete digouts (268.5m2) to rectify the failed pavement areas in this section. The total area for digouts also allows for the additional pavement removal adjacent to the kerb replacements. On completion mill remaining edges and apply full width overlay and reinstate all kerb and pavement markings.
Glendale Drive, Annandale - 109912-20QLD-RTR
This is a very busy and well trafficked street. There are a few significant areas displaying moderate to severe cracking.Undertake digout of 17 x 3.5m. Mill defective asphalt surface full width from Eastern side of Emmet Court (including intersection down to paved threshold) to Western side of Jenkinson Drive (seal change).
