Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Go Kart Track, Wirrabara - 113744-20SA-RTR
Widening and reconstructing Go Kart Track to address increased usage, to an area damaged significantly by the Bangor Bushfire in 2014. The Go Kart Track is the only access route to the Bluff Lookout, which has been proposed for many years prior, and is now approved to complete. This will be a significant tourist drawcard for the entire Southern Flinders Ranges area.Reconstructing and widening of the Go Kart Track, significant improvement of access for all vehicles, interactive signage.Total cost of proposed project is $700,000
Galong Road - 115600-21NSW-RTR
Current pavement has reached its use for life and due to heavy vehicle usage the area is breaking up. The intersection needs widening for safety concerns as the use of heavy vehicles has increased.Intersection reconstruction to cater for heavy vehicle movements. Pavement strengthening and widening.
Swallow Drive, Erskine Park - 115003-21NSW-RTR
The road was originally constructed in 1980 and is already failed with numerous potholes and patching due to the increasing traffic and inadequate pavement materials.It is proposed to mill pavement to a depth of 130mm and to provide 130mm deeplift asphalt pavement for a length of 250 metres and a width of 12.1 metres.
Colorado Drive, St Clair - 115004-21NSW-RTR
The road was originally constructed in 1980 and is already failed with numerous potholes and patching due to the increasing traffic that is detouring due to Erskine Park Road upgrading and inadequate pavement materials.It is proposed to mill pavement to a depth of 130mm and to provide 130mm deeplift asphalt pavement for a length of 250 metres and a width of 12.1 metres.
Tulip Street (Rural Road) - 110819-20VIC-RTR
The road pavement has deteriorated and shows signs of failure such as depressions, cracking and general roughness.The entire section of road pavement will be spray sealed and appropriately sized stones applied as per Councils maintenance protocols.
Goulburn Weir-Murchison Road (Rural Road) - 115602-21VIC-RTR
The existing road is too narrow to cater for the increased volumes of heavy vehicles that results in vehicular conflicts and road damage.Council proposes to widen the seal from 4.0 metres to 7.0 metres
South Costerfield -Greytown Road (Rural Road) - 115603-21VIC-RTR
The road pavement has deteriorated and shows signs of failure such as rutting, emergence of base material and potholes.The entire section of road pavement will be rehabilitated as per Councils maintenance protocols including reshaping and compaction to provide a driveable surface.Total cost of proposed project is $70,281
