Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Landervale Road (Rural Road) - 129756-24NSW-RTR
Unsealed gravel road wearing to due to heavy vehicle traffic, during wet weather increased deterioration.New bitumen seal 6 m wide on existing gravel surface.
Centenary Road (Rural Road) - 129772-24NSW-RTR
Poor condition of road due to loss of gravel making the road unsafe.Gravel re-sheet 100 mm thick at 6.0 m wide.
Bogan Road (Rural Road) - 129632-24NSW-RTR
Bogan Road is a collector road, which is extensively used by heavy vehicles. Due to the increasing number of heavy vehicles using the intersection Taweni Road and Bogan Road, a channelised right hand turn will be installed to improve safety on the intersection. The substandard bends in the additional section will be realigned to allow for a safety improvement. The works will include the upgrade of three causeways at different locations on Bogan Road, which gets damaged in heavy rain.The scope of works are for the extension of seal for 4 km including horizontal and vertical alignment improvements, upgrade of 3 causeways to improve freight efficiency and HML access and resheet 16 km unsealed road to improve drainage, horizontal and vertical alignment and pavement profile. The project is co-funded by Transport for New South Wales, Local Council - Spec Purp Grants (R&OM).Total cost of proposed project is $2,348,256
Linton - Mannibadar Road - 053515-14VIC-RTR
Existing narrow sealed road, carrying increased traffic volumes, requires additional pavement width to improve capacity and safety. Deficiencies being addressed are road edge shoulder deterioration, pot holes, and pavement failure.200mm thick granular resheet, widen and seal to 6.2m wide in accordance with Council's Road Strategy.
