Henry Lawson Drive, Lynbrook - 134908-25VIC-RTR
Henry Lawson Drive is currently in a much less than satisfactory asset condition, signs of heavy rutting/depression are observed, as are areas with corrugated cracks and changes in level of the road surface. High traffic volumes, heavy vehicle traffic, narrow sealed road width, and drainage issues are causing ongoing maintenance problems and potential for failure and closure of road.Urgent repairs and reconstruction of road which include asphalt overlay and extensive patching. Full reconstruction in sections to address drainage issues.
Ernst Wanke Road, Narre Warren - 134910-25VIC-RTR
Ernst Wanke Road is currently in a much less than satisfactory asset condition, signs of heavy rutting/depression are observed, as are areas with corrugated cracks and changes in level of the road surface. The balance of funding for this project will come from council rates (approx $1080.)Total cost of proposed project is $291,000
Croudace St Walcha - 134941-25NSW-RTR
There is currently spasmodic Kerb & Gutter along Croudace St and this project will complete the K&G along the entire street on both sides. The project all also address drainage issues, with stormwater infrastructure being installed at each relevant street intersection. Street widening will also occur in areas in ensure parallel edges of Croudace Street.Project will tie into existing Kerb and Gutter, installing absent K&G, along Croudace St Walcha. Street will be widened as needed to ensure consistent width. Project also includes Stormwater Infrastructure on intersecting streets.
Chapman Rd, Kowanyama, - 134942-25QLD-RTR
Accelerated deterioration of the road pavement (unbound sub-base) and wearing surface (2-coat seal) due to prolonged subgrade/sub-base saturation and water ingress during repeated seasonal Monsoon and Flooding conditions.Reconstruct and upgrade to improve the flood resilience of the abovementioned section of Chapman Rd. Council will achieve this by stabilising the damaged section of pavement and resealing the wearing surface. This process improves the rigidity of the structural layer of pavement, achieving a more dense matrix which reduces water penetration that causes weakening and road damage. A total area of 577m2 is required to be rectified. This process involves: 1. Engagement of a suitably qualified Pavement Engineer for the development of a site-specific cement/lime stabilising compound as well as pavement and seal design - including geotechnical testing of the existing insitu sub-base material. 2. Procurement of a skilled pavement stabilisation and sealing Contractor 3. Removal of the damaged seal material 4. Incorperation of the cement/lime compound with the existing sub-base unbound gravel material (to 200mm depth) 5. Compaction and trimming of the sub-base layer 6. Reseal using bitumenous emulsion, seal and a 10mm/14mm gravel blend (full road width) Chapman Rd is designated as an high value asset as it is part of the Primary Access route (per NWQRRTG and DTMR) for essential services, supplies and emergency access. This makes the project an essential undertaking for the benefit of the entire community.
Main Reef Road, Leonora - 053986-14WA-RTR
Significant increase in movements of oversize vehicles on this road has created an ongoing maintenance problem, with the road requiring grading every two weeks to maintain a suitable surface. Dust is also presenting problems to the nearby hospital. The 1500m proposed for sealing will be reconstructed by way of consolidating existing formation, gravel resheeting, waterbinding and finished with seal.

Butterfactory Lane, (Rural Road) - 134957-25NSW-RTR
Butterfactory Lane is showing signs of surface oxidation, cracking, and aggregate loss, along with flushing and localised deformation, indicating that the pavement has deteriorated both functionally and structurally—compromising safety, waterproofing, and ride quality, and necessitating a reseal to prevent further damage and extend the asset’s life.Proposed corrective actions for Street Y include sealing cracks, patching potholes, repairing edge breaks, and cleaning the surface to prepare for a spray seal treatment that will restore waterproofing and skid resistance. The works will also address drainage deficiencies to improve water runoff and rectify existing pavement defects such as flushing, deformation, and aggregate loss—ensuring long-term asset performance and safety.
Unity/Federal Street, Karlgarin - 134958-25WA-RTR
Wash on corner of Unity and Federal Streets causing deterioration of seal and is a safety concern for road usersKerbing replacement and 1,850 square metres of reseal.
Smith Loop, Hyden - 134959-25WA-RTR
