Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Mabins Well Road (Rural Road) - 065405-16NSW-RTR
Road is scheduled for re-sealing as per Council's Asset Management Plan. Seal is showing signs of major cracking, surface wearing and pothole damage.Reseal of road with a 14mm seal. Section 0.000km to 0.038km seal will be 13 metre wide for a length of 0.038 kilometres. Section 0.038km to 6.262km seal will be 5.6 metre wide for a length of 6.224 kilometres. Section 6.262km to 9.258km seal will be 5.7 metre wide for a length of 2.996 kilometres. Total area to be resealed is 52,426m2.
Hermitage Road Kurrajong Hills - 065406-16NSW-RTR
Pavement failures, potholes, cracking through out the described length.Rehabilitation by cement stabilisation and an overlay where required.
Tocumwal Road (Rural Road) - 065410-16NSW-RTR
Road is scheduled for re-sealing as per Council's Asset Management Plan. Seal is showing signs of major cracking, surface wearing, stripping, road edge and pothole damage. Overall, this section of road is considered to be in poor condition.Reseal of road with a 14mm seal. Section 8.163km to 13.542km seal will be 5.6 metre wide for a length of 5.379 kilometres. Total area to be resealed is 30,122m2.
Hetherington Street, Deniliquin - 065411-16NSW-RTR
Extension of existing seal along Hetherington from Packenham to Carew Streets with a seal width of 9m for a length of 440m and a 100m seal at the intersection of Hetherington and Carew streets. The project also includes drainage improvements at the intersection of Hetherington/ Carew Streets.Extend the existing seal along Hetherington Street from Packenham Street to Carew Street, including sealing of 100m along Carew Street at the intersection. Sealing is required to support increased traffic volumes due to urban development in the area as well as improve the amenity for existing residences. Drainage improvements, in the form of underground drainage system, shall be undertaken near the intersection of Hetherington Street and Carew Street as part of the project.
Eldon Street, Bridgewater - 065412-16VIC-RTR
The bitumen seal and the pavement is failing due to retention of rain water on the kerb and channel.Replace the existing kerb and channel and reconstruct 1.5m pavement with bitumen seal adjacent to the kerb and channel.
Mograni Creek Road ( Rural Road) - 065413-16NSW-RTR
Mograni Creek Road is a well utilized local road servicing rural residences and a local winery tourist facility. Approximately 105 vehicles per day traverse this road. The current gravel section is narrow (generally less than 5m), often very rough and slippery in the wet. The school bus utilizes this route.Progressive widening and sealing of this road is slowly improving safety and amenity for all road users. It is proposed to extend the seal by a further 1.5km (3.0 km was extended in last year’s RTR program), thus completing Councils commitment to residents.
Scone Road ( Rural Road) - 065414-16NSW-RTR
Scone Road is a well utilized inter regional tourist road, providing a direct link to Upper Hunter Shire Council and the World Heritage Barrington Tops National Park. Up to 1000 vehicle per day utilize this road. The current gravel section is narrow (generally less than 5m), often very rough and slippery in the wet. The school bus utilizes this route.Progressive widening and sealing of this road is slowly improving safety and amenity for all road users . It is proposed to extend the seal by a further 3.5 km. (3.0 km was extended in last years RTR program). The school bus utilizes this route.
Gloucester Tops Road (Rural Road) - 065415-16NSW-RTR
Gloucester Tops Road is a well utilized local and tourist road, servicing rural residences and providing access to the Gloucester Tops SCA. Approximately 120 vehicles per day traverse this road. The current gravel section is narrow (generally less than 5m), often very rough and slippery in the wet. The school bus utilizes this route.Progressive widening and sealing of this road is slowly improving safety and amenity for all road users. It is proposed to extend the seal by a further 1.4km.
Curricabark Road ( Rural Road) - 065416-16NSW-RTR
Curricabark Road is a well utilized local road servicing rural residences and primary producers (mainly beef cattle). Approximately 100 vehicles per day traverse this road. The current gravel section is narrow (generally less than 5m), often very rough and slippery in the wet. The school bus utilizes this route.Progressive widening and sealing of this road is slowly improving safety and amenity for all road users. It is proposed to extend the seal by a further 2.7km
Bencubbin-Kununoppin Road (Rural) - 065417-16WA-RTR
Apply second coat seal to existing 1 coat seal, as it is starting to fail.Apply 1 coat seal with 7mm aggregate as second coat 1700m x 7m.
