Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Freshwater Street, Torquay - 062490-15QLD-RTR

The existing seal is aged and inadequate to service increased traffic volumes; requiring upgrade to asphalt.This project provides for a new asphalt overlay on the travel lanes and adjoining car parks. The new asphalt will be tied into the existing kerb and channel level.

Schwarzrock Road, Boonooroo - 062491-15QLD-RTR

It is a narrow, poorly formed and unsealed road that requires upgrade to service the local community.This project provides for construction and seal of approximately 0.425km. Works involve widening of existing gravel pavement, overlay with base course, 2 coat bitumen seal and associated table drains.Total cost of proposed project is $212,000

Menangle Road, Menangle - 062494-15NSW-RTR

Road shoulder of uneven width, pavement failures, drainage problems resulting in a rough surface with high maintenance costs.To rip the existing seal and import stabilized granular material as an overlayer and to widen the pre-existing roadway. To replace culvert under the road and install and connect an oversize concrete dish drain along the slope on the east sideTotal cost of proposed project is $582,733

Green Mountain Road, Yellow Rock. - 062501-15NSW-RTR

This road is currently unsealed, it is subject to scouring after moderate rain events. The road is very steep in many sections and is very hard to negotiate in front wheel drive cars.Loosen the surface material using a rotomill and introduce 50-75mm of road base into the existing material. Blend this material with the existing road material water and roll, prepare surface for a spray seal and apply 2 coat spray seal. Total length of work 0.92 kilometres

Rufus River Road (Local Road) - 062502-15NSW-RTR

Gravel surface is worn, rough and unpredictable making it unsafe. Inadequate depth of gravel remaining on road leading to poor road conditions following rain events.Reshape formation to 8m road width (where possible), construct 150mm gravel overlay, clear and reshape table drains on either side of roadway to provide adequate drainage.
