This project will complete the planning for the upgrade to roads in the Murraylands and Riverland regions of South Australia.
The project will undertake planning to deliver zero emissions buses, depot upgrades, recharging equipment and electrical network upgrades to support the transition of Hobart's public transport buses to zero emissions vehicles.
The Victorian government is currently reviewing options to identify an appropriate solution to address concerns and issues identified with access for oversize over mass (OSOM) vehicles at this intersection before finalising scope.
The program will undertake regional road safety improvements to help reduce accidents on the vulnerable rural state road network and help achieve the targets of the National Road Safety Strategy.
The project will investigate the planning and scoping works for the following projects that are critical to facilitate construction of the Westport Project: • Anketell Road West • Kwinana Freeway • Roe Highway widening • Freight rail duplication and level crossing removal
The project will plan upgrades to Hobart's public, active and marine transport networks including the Hobart Rapid Bus Network between major centres along key corridors, and enabling public transport infrastructure, bus stations and ferry terminals.
The project will signalise the Goulburn Valley Highway - Graham Street intersection and also deliver pavement widening and reconstruction works, pavement line-marking, new street lighting and improved signage and accessibility for pedestrians and cyclists.
Road damaged after wet season 2023/24. Road has pot holes, wash outs, corrugations, some parts are becoming very damaging to vehicles. This is the only road in and out of Pirlangimpi to the other Communities. Grade Pirlangimpi Road. Cart gravel to areas where needed. Grade and shape road.
