Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

Shannon Vale Road (rural road) - 059651-15NSW-RTR

The existing sealed pavement is in poor condition, leading to a rough road surface and excessive road maintenance to meet service levels.Rehabilitation of the roughest sections of road at either end of the segment, involving ripping the existing surface, stabilisation or replacement of the existing road pavement, and bitumen sealing the entire road length.

Grahams Valley Road (rural road) - 059654-15NSW-RTR

The existing sealed pavement is in poor condition, with a very rough and rutted road surface, and needing excessive road maintenance to meet service levels.Improving surface drainage, ripping the existing sealed surface, supplying, spreading and compacting a gravel base course on top of the existing pavement, and applying a two-coat bitumen seal.

Wellingrove Road (rural road) - 059655-15NSW-RTR

The existing sealed pavement is in poor condition, with a very rough road surface, and requiring excessive road patching to meet service levels.Ripping the existing surface; adding a thin gravel overlay; stabilisation of up to a 200mm pavement depth using either mechanical or chemical means; and bitumen sealing to 4.8 metres in width.

Goornong-Mayreef Road, Goornong - 059656-15VIC-RTR

Road pavement has failed due to age and increasing heavy vehicle traffic.Reconstruction of failed sections of road and resurfacing.Total cost of proposed project is $307,000

Glencoe Street - 059657-15NSW-RTR

The existing unsealed street is subject to variable surface conditions, with recurring drainage problems and dust problems for nearby residents.Supply, spread and compact gravel pavement, trim levels to produce a good road cross section, and bitumen sealing suitable for two-way traffic.

Cooltong Avenue - North - 059658-15SA-RTR

Cooltong Avenue – North has been rated against Councils Road Asset Management plan and it has reached its design life. Resealing this road now will extend the life of the asset as well as providing a safe smooth road surface, free of defects.The proposed work will include road shoulder alignment and re-sealing.

Three Hills Lane, Axe Creek - 059659-15VIC-RTR

Pavement has deteriorated and needs to be reconstructed.Existing road is to be stabilised and reconstructed.Total cost of proposed project is $180,439

Chapel Street, Kangaroo Flat - 059660-15VIC-RTR
