Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Branch Creek Road, Dalby District - 061127-15QLD-RTR

The existing condition of the road has been rated as very poor. Based on road condition and the existing width of the sealed road being inadequate for the traffic volumes the above section of Branch Creek Road has been scheduled for reconstruction and widening.Reconstructing a rural collector road to Councils current standards from chainage 2900m to 927.68m. Taking the road from a substandard 5.5m bitumen seal road with a condition rating of 8 out of 10 to a 6m wide bitumen seal with a 8 m formation and 8m wide bitumen seal in the floodways.Total cost of proposed project is $558,069

Gonn Road, Murrabit - 061128-15VIC-RTR

Road shoulder resheeting due to drop off a and pot holing. Damaged guard rail to be replaced 580 metres.Resheet the road shoulder and install new guard railing.

Taking the road from a substandard 5.5m bitumen seal road with a poor condition rating to a 6m wide bitumen seal with a 8m formation and 8m wide bitumen seal in the floodways.Total cost of proposed project is $500,000

The existing road surface is cracked.To install a new road surface to improve the travelability.Total cost of proposed project is $155,589

Ross Avenue, Hazelbrook - 061136-15NSW-RTR
