Welcome to RPM
Reporting and Program Management (RPM) is a modern, web-based portal for the management of the Infrastructure Investment Program (IIP). This includes nationally and locally funded infrastructure investments as described on the department’s website.
The RPM Portal links with the department’s RPM System to ensure information is captured which supports the assessment and ongoing management of programs and projects.
RPM allows you to:
- Submit applications
- Submit change requests for projects
- Propose milestone and submit milestone evidence
- Submit reporting including supporting documentation
- View payments received.
RPM news
RPM is currently available for state and territory governments to manage nationally funded infrastructure investments. On 1 December 2025, RPM will replace the Infrastructure Management System (IMS) for locally funded infrastructure investments including : Black Spots, Roads to Recovery, Bridges Renewal Program the Heavy Vehicle Safety and Productivity Programs, Safer Local Roads and Infrastructure Program, Active Transport Fund and Financial Assistance Grant Program.
Accessing RPM
Complete and submit the RPM Portal Access form.
Once your application is processed, you will be able to set up your RPM account and password.

Working with our Local and State Government Partners
