Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Route traffic calming scheme treatments. Installation of splitter islands, a broken dividing line along Rodboro St, a 1.5m wide footpath along Rodboro St. Improvements to sight distance.

Avoca Street Walker Street MILLBANK - 125576-24QLD-BS

Restrict Penny Street access to left out only onto Avoca Street. Install a raised priority crossing across Walker Street, and a channelised right turn into Walker Street.

Winchester East Road - 053201-14WA-RTR

Road is currently gravel and the original design of the road didn't allow for the amount of heavy haulage vehicles that now utilize the road. This section of the road has corrugations and pot holes is constantly reoccurring.By sealing to road surface to 7.2 metres wide and 4 kilometers long will eliminate the problem.

Area speed limit reduced to 40km/h. Install raised zebra crossing on Fourth Ave. Installation of eight raised zebra crossings at all side road intersections with Sixth Ave. Install 2m wide shared paths.
