Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Kiandra Road, Toompine - 127230-24QLD-RTR

Aged floodway requires reconstruction.Construct new floodway.

North Uabba Road (Rural Road) - 127196-24NSW-RTR

Existing seal is narrow and deformed and has reached end of its economic life.Reconstruct and widen road to a 10 metre wide formation with a 7.5 m seal width.

Bobadah Road (Rural Road) - 127204-24NSW-RTR

Existing seal is approximately 3.6 m wide and has reached the end of its economic life. The narrow seal has significant edge break where heavy traffic has moved off edge of seal to avoid oncoming traffic.Road formation will be widened to 10 m and sealed to 7.5 m wide.

Pritchard Street, Annandale - 127232-24NSW-RTR

Distressed road has wide-spread potholes and extensive cracking together with damaged kerb and gutter.Propose to re-sheet the entire length of 0.42 km and the varying width of 8 to 12 m with extensive heavy patching including reconstruction of damaged kerb and gutter. Work is jointly funded by RTR and Inner West Council.Total cost of proposed project is $180,000

Warrego Highway - Toowoomba to Oakey Duplication Stage 1

This is one of the 18 projects being delivered as part of the Australian Government's $508 million commitment to the Warrego Highway Upgrade Program. The duplication of the Warrego Highway between Nugents Pinch Road and Leeson Road included improvements to key intersections.

Chung Wah Terrace Temple Terrace BELLAMACK - 127141-24NT-BS

Widen carriageway. Install wide painted median on Chung Wah Terrace. Extend left turn lane into Forrest Parade.
