Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

Wattle Avenue, Lutana - 057390-15TAS-RTR

Wattle Avenue is a local urban street, serving adjacent residential properties. Wattle Avenue was constructed in 1974 and is nearly at the end of its useful service life. The road pavement is in need of reconstruction. New road surfacing is required and kerb & channel and footpaths need to be replaced. New stormwater infrastructure will also be included to this work.Excavation and replacement of the road pavement, installation of new stormwater infrastructure and new sealed surfacing. Replace kerb & channel, footpaths and driveways in the area of works.Total cost of proposed project is $612,629

Pekurn Crescent, Berriedale - 057391-15TAS-RTR

Pekurn Crescent is a local urban street, serving adjacent residential properties. Pekurn Crescent was constructed in 1957 and is nearly at the end of its useful service life. The road pavement is in need of reconstruction. New road surfacing is required and kerb & channel and footpaths need to be replaced. Renewal of stormwater infrastructure will also be included to this work.Excavation and replacement of the road pavement, replacment of new stormwater infrastructure and new sealed surfacing. Replace kerb & channel, footpaths and driveways in the area of works.Total cost of proposed project is $335,696

Gepp Parade, Derwent Park - 057392-15TAS-RTR

Gepp Parade is a local urban street, serving adjacent residential properties. Gepp Parade was constructed in 1947 and is nearly at the end of its useful service life. The road pavement is in need of reconstruction. New road surfacing is required and kerb & channel and footpaths need to be replaced. Upgrading stormwater infrastructure will also be included to this work.Excavation and replacement of the road pavement, upgrading stormwater infrastructure and new sealed surfacing. Replace kerb & channel, footpaths and driveways in the area of works.Total cost of proposed project is $769,166

Pyes Creek Road (Rural Road) - 057393-15NSW-RTR

The bitumen seal is showing signs of distress because of its age and requires a reseal. The length of the road is 1100 metres and the width is 5.5 metres.It is proposed to apply a bitumen reseal.

Paddys Flat Road South (Rural Road) - 057394-15NSW-RTR

The gravel pavement has worn away making the road slippery when wet. The length of the road is 3500 metres and the width is 6 metres.Gravel resheeting is proposed to rectify the problem.

Althaea Way (Woodvale) - 057395-15WA-RTR

Worn out asphalt surface (cracked and ravelled), cracked kerbing and damaged pram ramps, crossovers and drainage grates along with minor traffic management issues.Partial New Kerbing, Traffic Treatments, Drainage Grate adjustments and Asphalt Overlay. Length 300 metres x Width 7 metres

Silent Grove Road (Rural Road) - 057397-15NSW-RTR

The existing causeway is old and sections of concrete have failed. The length of the causeway is 29 metres and the width is 3.4 metres.It is proposed to renew the causeway.

The road has insufficient width, the pavement is breaking up and rutting. The length of the road is 1100 metres and the width is 7 metres.Road reconstruction and widening.
