Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

Myola Road. (Rural Road) - 061713-15QLD-RTR

The existing drainage is insufficient for water draining into Fletcher Creek. Heavy rainfall renders Myola Road impassable to traffic.To remove/replace or extend inadequate pipes. New works will include the establishment of stabilised gravel floodways, installation of box culverts, pipe extensions and earthworks to redirect runoff.

Inspections have identified that the bridge decking has deteriorated to a level that requires rehabilitation. There are currently no delineation markers in place.Replacement of timber decking, installation of delineation markers and signage.

Davey Road, Gabarup - 061716-15VIC-RTR

Unsealed road with very high maintenance costs due to steep and windy terrain. Increased traffic volumes leading to safety concerns.Reform road, add new pavement and seal. Some localised widening and minor realignment to address safety issues. One new culvert suitable for 2 lanes to replace existing single lane culvert.Total cost of proposed project is $1,039,045

Mount Berryman Road, Blenheim - 061719-15QLD-RTR

Road pavement and seal has deteriorated making the surface rough and prone to frequent potholing. Replacement of damaged culverts due to structure integrity.Road is to be rehabilitated including addition of new pavement material and reclaiming existing material to reshape and strengthen the road. A new bitumen seal will then be applied. Replacement of damaged culvert.Total cost of proposed project is $547,322

Mountain Road, Summerholm - 061720-15QLD-RTR

Hartz Road, Iredale - 061721-15QLD-RTR

The gravel on the unsealed road has been consumed and requires replacement back to an as new conditionReform road and resheet apply a new layer of gravel at a depth of 100mm.Total cost of proposed project is $193,135
