The entrance to the car park off Church Street has single access from Church Street which means that the traffic which travel from Wimmera Street towards Scallan Street has legal access into the car park but the traffic travelling from Scallan Street towards Wimmera Street does not have legal access to the entrance which creates a lot of unsafe and illegal entry into the car parkUpgrade Church Street to have a two way legal access to the car park.
