Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Ankers Road (Rural Road) - 099762-18VIC-RTR

Condition of the deck has deteriorated to a point where the carrying load limit has been reduced from standard.Bridge No 117. It is proposed to upgrade the bridge decking with a new concrete decking to restore its carrying capacity to standard.

Moormbool Road (Rural Road) - 099770-18VIC-RTR

The condition of the bridge has deteriorated to the end of its useful life and currently has load limits.Bridge No 134. It is proposed to construct a new reinforced concrete structure that will restore the service to standard.

Wattlevale Road (Rural Road) - 099773-18VIC-RTR

The condition of the deck has deteriorated to a point where the carrying load limit has been reduced from standard.Bridge No 74. It is proposed to upgrade the bridge decking with an overlay of reinforced concrete to restore it carrying capacity to standard.Total cost of proposed project is $235,570

Faithfuls Creek Road (Rural Road) - 099772-18VIC-RTR

The condition of the bridge has deteriorated to the end of its useful life and has load limits.Bridge No 6. It is proposed to construct a new reinforced concrete structure that will restore the service to standard.

Evora Road, (Rural Road) Blackall - 099745-18QLD-RTR

Surface deterioration of existing pavement and upgrade to allow all weather access.Pave and seal.

Maryvale Road (Rural Road) - 052658-14NSW-RTR

Lack of gravel, surface rutting, poor shape and inadequate drainage.It is proposed to rectify the problems with this section of road by installing additional mitre drains and cleaning the existing drains. The road will then be tyned and re-shaped. Following this new gravel will be imported, spread and compacted. The road will then be trimmed to its final shape.

Meadows Road, Hazelgrove. - 099649-18NSW-RTR

Road Pavement has deteriorated and is not wide enough to safely accommodate for heavy vehicle movements.Widen road pavement and shoulders, including 400 metre sectional realignment of road. Correct pavement cross-fall and longitudinal gradients and rehabilitate the remaining 2.2km of road pavement. Improve drainage, signage, bitumen seal and provide new line marking.Total cost of proposed project is $1,500,000

Starkey Street - 099817-18NSW-RTR

Road pavement is distressed with cracks, potholes and patches due to increased traffic condition.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.

Barryrennie Road (Rural Road) - 099748-18NSW-RTR

Narrow bitumen surface and damaged shoulders.Strengthen and seal shoulders to create a 6.5m wide bitumen surface.

Deformed pavement, cracked and poor shape.Lime stabilising and resealing of damaged pavement.
