Road pavement is showing distress and there are severe cracking/damaged including pothole patched over time. Trees have damaged a section of kerb & gutter. Pavement damages will need to be addressed prior to resurfacing. Reconstruction of pavement with100mm AC14 and resurface with 50mm AC10.
This section of the Road has been identified for renewal from the inspections and condition assessment. Surface cracks have started to open up and will require resurfacing before pavement is undermined due to water penetration.
