Problems being addressed is the poor roadside drainage and rutting and shifting of the road surface and the loss of gravel surface which contributes to the poor wearing surface. Works proposed to be undertaken for this project is to rehabilitate 1.2km of the road. This will involve drainage improvements and importing, spreading, shaping and compacting gravel and applying a bituminous seal to the newly rehabilitated road pavement.
