Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

Seal has worn away through to the pavement. Profile existing surface and reseal with asphalt.

Angourie Road, Yamba - 131735-24NSW-RTR

Deteriorated road surface requires renewal. Intersection requires widening to accommodate increased traffic movements.Rehabilitate pavement. Widen formation to include turning lane into Sports complex and include safe pedestrian access with footpaths and refuges for road crossing.

Rhyll Newhaven Rd, Rhyll - 131736-24VIC-RTR

Road condition assessments on this stretch of road have determined that the current condition of the road - including cracking, potholes and shoving - requires renewal to return the asset to a serviceable condition. Pavement stabilisation and sealing including replacing 2 culverts on this segment of the road. Additional funding source - Bass Coast Shire Council

Cutty Sark Road, Coronet Bay - 131737-24VIC-RTR

The road surface has multiple cracks and road surface is deteriorating fixing it now will help stop it from getting worse, need to replace deteriorating kerbs and pits to enhance safety and provide proper drainage. Replacing deteriorated kerbs to restore proper drainage function and edge support, and Spray sealing the road to prevent water ingress and future pavement failures. Additional funding source - Bass Coast Shire Council
