As with previous stages the road is too narrow for the increasing volumes of traffic. The pavement is poorly aligned and in need of a complete reconstruction. There is a lack of formal stormater drainage and pedestrian access.Widen & realign the road over a distance of 430 metres at a width of 8.0 metres kerb to kerb. Provide kerb and gutter, stormwater drainage. Provide footpath on both sides. Install guardrail as required. Construct log and sandstone retaining walls to retain excavated areas. Reconstruct property accesses to flatten the grade.Total cost of proposed project is $682,268
