The flow of storm water is not controlled and is causing significant erosion to the lane way. This results in difficulty in access and egress for residents, many of whom use the lane way as their primary means of vehicle access to their property.Reform the lane way with two way negative cross falls so that where possible, storm water is contained centrally to the lane. Place a spray seal to the centre of the lane so that erosion is limited.
This road becomes boggy when wet making it impassable for motorists.Formation and gravel resheeting and bitumen seal of approximately 4.7km long and 6.5m wide.Total cost of proposed project is $1,149,045
The existing unsealed road with poor quality gravel pavement constantly requires maintenance grading and gravel re-sheeting to maintain formation shape and allow wet weather access.Construct a wider crushed rock pavement over the existing formation and bitumen seal.
The existing sealed road is in poor condition with numerous surface defects and pavement failures. The road is very rough and provides poor ride quality to road users. Repair of the frequent and repetitive pavement and surface failures causes high maintenance expenditure. Length 800m.Rehabilitation of the road pavement by application of a gravel overlay and new sealed surface. Correct any crossfall deficiencies with the new gravel layer. The road alignment and width will remain similar to the existing road.
The existing sealed road is in poor condition with numerous surface defects and pavement failures. The road is very rough and provides poor ride quality to road users. Repair of the frequent and repetitive pavement and surface failures causes high maintenance expenditure. Length 350m.Rehabilitation of the road pavement by application of a gravel overlay and new sealed surface.
Length 620m.Rehabilitation of the road pavement by application of a gravel overlay and new sealed surface. Correct any crossfall deficiencies with the new gravel layer. The road alignment and width will remain similar to the existing road.
The existing sealed road is in poor condition with numerous surface defects, cracking and pavement failures. The road is rough and provides poor ride quality to road users. Repair of the frequent and repetitive pavement and surface failures causes high maintenance expenditure. The cracked surface is allowing ingress of moisture and accelerated deterioration.Rehabilitation of the road pavement by in-situ stabilisation and application of a new asphalt surface.
Length 230m.Rehabilitation of the road pavement by in-situ stabilisation and application of a new asphalt surface. Correct any crossfall deficiencies with the new stabilised layer. The road alignment and width will remain similar to the existing road.
Existing formed road becomes impassable in wet weather with deep souring and drainage needs to be rectified. To reform and reinstate road integrity.
Existing narrow sealed pavement is out of shape and cracked causing water to pond and infiltrate the bitumen seal.Lime stabilise and reshape existing pavement material then bitumen seal a total length of 1.0 km.
